We’ve come a long way since the days of Jennifer Granholm. Now we have an almost entirely female Democrat party, nearly always sporting matching bright blue blazers as they drive our state into unemployment and illiteracy, all the while virtue signaling for woke causes.
Here are 10 key moments from the past year:
10. State senator and candidate for U.S. Senate Mallory McMorrow said she would to throw beers at Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.
9. State Rep. Carrie Rheinghans made a video for “trans” children shortly after the Trump administration banned puberty blockers and sex changes for minors. She says kids can contact her office to obtain the drugs.
8. State Rep. Laurie Pohutsky announced she had made the decision to sterilize herself due to Trump’s re-election.
7. State Rep. Mai Xiong made a video demonstrating her skills in the kitchen, where she chopped off the head off a chicken and talked about “slaying Republicans.”
6. Congresswoman Debbie Dingell fell asleep in Congress, earning herself the nickname “Rip Van Dingell.”
5. It was hard to decide the most embarrassing moment from Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, but banging a spoon against a metal pot in protest of “Palestinian Genocide” in Washington and dropping an F bomb at the People’s Conference top the list.
4. Congresswoman Haley Stevens, who is running for U.S. Senate, appeared to speak to an empty field this summer in Grand Rapids, exclaiming, “You’ve brought the HEAT!”
3. Michigan Secretary of State and candidate for governor Jocelyn Benson attempted to illustrate her trustworthiness by doing a trust exercise. She failed to catch the falling man, instead letting him fall into the couch.
2. Newly elected Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield had an Elaine moment after winning her election.
1. The clear winner, however, was Chief Girlboss Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Peekaboo Moment in the Oval Office.
Although not Girlboss by biology, an honorable mention also goes out to Michigan’s lone male Democrat Congressman Shri Thanedar, and his Microbladed eyebrows, who doesn’t even know what cities he represents.
With Michigan Democrats like this constantly making national headlines, it’s no wonder the Democrats are losing support among male voters who no longer feel represented by their leadership. I know plenty of talented women that could represent our state better than the Girlboss Caucus. They sit on the Republican side of the Michigan Legislature.
