Matthew 5 tells us to let your yea be yea, and your nay be nay.
Whatever you say, say it with your chest. Don’t slink around. Be bold. Forthright. Speak in a loud and clear voice that says, “I want to be heard.”
Michigan Democrats do the exact opposite. This is a tactic you need to be aware of ahead of the 2026 election.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg, apparently out of the running to be the next leprechaun at Notre Dame, wants to be our next senator. After the Federal Aviation Administration returned its Notice to Air Missions to its original title, Notice to Airmen, Mayor Pete responded:
“So after promising to focus on safety, they’ve gotten right to work on…gender terminology.”
Someday we’ll talk about how Pete did the same thing as U.S. Transportation Secretary, and how he claimed the freeways were racist. But today, take notice of the function of the words, not just their form.
Mayor Pete is throwing a stone and hiding his hand. Democrats are the masters of this. It’s an underhanded and wormy tactic.
Nobody was more gender-obsessed than Team Biden. All of human history, we had two sexes. Under Biden, 73 genders. Now, once again, two sexes.
When Democrats want to talk about gender, they’ll celebrate it for 300 days of the year. When they don’t, when they’re losing, now it’s a distraction—that’s you being mean. That’s you being weird.
State Rep. Laurie Pohutsky just tried the same thing. Last week, she tried an all-time publicity stunt, saying she had sterilized herself for fear of carrying a child in Donald Trump’s America.
The whole point of saying this was to get attention. She threw the stone. But when the attention came, she claimed to be a victim of it, and hid her hand. Pohutsky said it was weird that anyone would care about or write about or talk about a personal medical choice, paid for with our tax dollars, that we never would’ve known about if she hadn’t told us.
By the way, Laurie, we haven’t heard you say thank you for the tax-funded surgery. But you’re welcome.
As a believer, you let your yea be yea, and your nay be nay. And you take the world’s reactions to it, however negative they might be.
When you’re a subversive, when you are a Marxist, you throw a stone and hide your hand, and then you try to shame people for hearing the glass break.
Because we are Enjoyers, we are not ashamed. You can call us what you want. Call us weird. Call us homophobes. Call us racist.
We’ve seen what you celebrate. It would be tragic for you to approve of us.
It doesn’t matter what you call me, it matters who I answer to. And it’s not the men and women we share a broken world with.
It’s clear the Michigan Democrats haven’t learned anything from losing. They are unwell and unwilling to adjust to reality.
Some people don’t learn anything until they lose everything.
