Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard QB Fisher Thomas had four passing touchdowns before halftime. The Irish led Detroit Cody 50-0 at halftime, and romped to a 57-6 victory.

Marching to Ford Field 

Brighton upset West Bloomfield in the first round of state playoffs 25-7 and will advance to face No. 2 undefeated Detroit Catholic Central next week in the Division I playoffs.

City rivals Traverse City West and Traverse City Central faced off in the first round of Division II state playoffs, with TCC taking the game 15-13 and advancing to face Muskegon next week.

State Playoff Matchups to Watch

Both sitting at 7-2, Belleville and Woodhaven will face off today to decide who will play Tommy Carr and Saline in the District final.

No. 4 Grand Blanc and No. 7 Clarkston will face off next week in a District final next weekend as Grand Blanc looks to continue their undefeated season.
